当社が提供するVR動画制作、360度映像制作、関連する企画・編集・監修その他の受託サービスの対価は、
案件内容、作業範囲、撮影条件、納品形式等に応じて個別にお見積りします。
正式な販売価格は、見積書または提案書に表示します。
Fees for commissioned services such as VR video production, 360-degree video production,
planning, editing, supervision, and related services are determined individually based on
project scope, shooting conditions, and delivery requirements.
The final price will be stated in a quotation or proposal.
7. 商品代金以外に必要な料金
7. Additional Charges
銀行振込手数料、インターネット接続に必要な通信料等は、お客様のご負担となります。
また、交通費、出張費、施設使用料、撮影許可申請費、特殊機材費その他追加費用が発生する場合は、
事前に見積書または提案書に明記します。
Bank transfer fees and internet connection charges shall be borne by the customer.
If applicable, travel expenses, on-site fees, filming permit fees, special equipment costs,
and other additional charges will be stated in advance in the quotation or proposal.

お支払い時期は、見積書、請求書、契約書その他当社が提示する書面に定める条件によります。
なお、案件によっては着手前に着手金をお願いする場合があります。
Payment timing shall be as specified in the quotation, invoice, contract,
or other written document provided by us.
Depending on the project, an advance payment may be required before work begins.
10. 役務の提供時期

契約成立後、当社とお客様の間で合意した制作スケジュールに従って提供します。
納品時期その他の提供条件は、見積書、提案書、契約書等に記載します。
Services will be provided according to the production schedule agreed upon after the contract is concluded.
Delivery timing and other service conditions will be set out in the quotation, proposal, or contract.
11. 申込みの有効期限

見積書または提案書に有効期限の記載がある場合は、その期限内にお申し込みください。
If a quotation or proposal includes a validity period, please apply within that period.
12. キャンセル・解約について
12. Cancellation Policy
受託サービスの性質上、契約成立後のキャンセルまたは仕様変更については、
進行状況に応じて、既に発生した作業費、実費、外注費その他の費用をご負担いただく場合があります。
詳細は、見積書、提案書、契約書その他の合意書面の定めによります。
Due to the nature of commissioned services, cancellation or changes after contract conclusion
may incur charges for work already performed, actual expenses, subcontracting costs,
and other incurred costs depending on project progress.
Details shall be governed by the quotation, proposal, contract, or other written agreement.
13. 返品・返金について

役務提供の性質上、提供開始後の返品はできません。
返金の要否については、当社の責に帰すべき事由の有無および個別契約の内容に応じて対応します。
Due to the nature of the services, returns are not accepted once service delivery has begun.
Any refund handling will depend on whether the issue is attributable to us and on the terms of the individual contract.
