情報セキュリティ基本方針
Information Security Policy
株式会社ばかンス（以下、「当社」）は、360°VRコンテンツの企画・撮影・制作およびサイバーセキュリティコンサルティングを通じて、 お客様、出演者、撮影協力者、取引先の皆様から多くの情報をお預かりしています。 これらの情報と当社の情報資産を事故・災害・犯罪などの脅威から守り、皆様の信頼に応えるため、 以下の方針に基づき全社で情報セキュリティに取り組みます。
Through the planning, filming, and production of 360° VR content and cybersecurity consulting, BAKANCE INC. (“we”) is entrusted with a wide range of information by our clients, performers, filming partners, and business partners. To protect this information and our own information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime, and to live up to the trust placed in us, we are committed to information security company-wide under the following policy.

当社は、経営者主導で組織的かつ継続的に情報セキュリティの改善・向上に努めます。
Led by management, we strive to improve information security in an organized and continuous manner.
2. 社内体制の整備

当社は、情報セキュリティの維持と改善のための体制を整備し、情報セキュリティ対策を社内の正式な規則として定めます。
We maintain an internal structure for sustaining and improving information security, and establish our security measures as formal internal rules.

当社の役員・従業員および業務に関わる関係者は、情報セキュリティのために必要な知識と技術を習得し、定められた規則に従って業務を行います。
Our officers, employees, and others engaged in our business acquire the knowledge and skills needed for information security and carry out their work in accordance with our rules.
4. 大切な情報の保護
4. Protection of Entrusted Information
当社は、撮影素材・制作データ、出演者や撮影場所に関する情報、お客様のシステムや脆弱性に関する情報など、業務上お預かりする情報を重要な情報として扱い、目的外の利用や漏えいが起きないよう適切に管理します。
We treat the information entrusted to us, including footage and production data, information about performers and filming locations, and information about our clients’ systems and vulnerabilities, as important information, and manage it appropriately to prevent misuse or leakage.
5. 法令及び契約上の要求事項の遵守
5. Compliance with Laws and Contracts
当社は、情報セキュリティに関わる法令、規制、規範、契約上の義務を遵守するとともに、お客様の期待に応えます。
We comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and strive to meet our clients’ expectations.
6. 委託先・取引先との連携
6. Working with Contractors and Partners
当社は、業務を委託する際には委託先の情報セキュリティ対策を確認し、サプライチェーン全体の安全確保に取り組みます。
When outsourcing work, we confirm the security measures of our contractors and work to secure the supply chain as a whole.
7. 違反及び事故への対応
7. Response to Violations and Incidents
当社は、情報セキュリティに関わる法令違反、契約違反および事故が発生した場合には、適切に対処し、再発防止に努めます。
In the event of a legal or contractual violation or a security incident, we respond appropriately and work to prevent recurrence.
8. 継続的な改善
8. Continuous Improvement
当社は、本方針および関連する規則・対策を定期的に見直し、継続的に改善します。
We regularly review this policy and related rules and measures, and continuously improve them.

SECURITY ACTION “Two Stars” Declaration
当社は、独立行政法人情報処理推進機構（IPA）が創設した中小企業の情報セキュリティ対策自己宣言制度 「SECURITY ACTION」において、 「二つ星」を宣言しています。
BAKANCE INC. has declared “Two Stars” under SECURITY ACTION, the information security self-declaration program for SMEs established by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA).
